Easy Healthy Tasty Dinner Ideas 🍆
The last thing anyone wants to do when they get home from work is cook, but everyone knows that it is the healthiest option. Having time to cook healthy foods, such as vegetables, greens, and herbs, seems to be a luxury for people who work. That is why I like EASY dinner recipes. I would love to sit here and tell you how much I love to cook, but honestly, I don’t. I dream of the day when technology progresses to the point where I don’t have to cook and my robot does all the work for me. Nevertheless, I cook most of my meals because cooking at home is the healthiest option.

This recipe yields a lot so I only used the sweet potato, bell pepper, chicken and broccoli. It made so much that I couldn’t fit it on the sheet pan so I put half of all the raw ingredients into a Tupperware and made it again the next night. I ate it with a side of hummus and it was full of flavor and vegetables. You can literally make this with any ingredients you want. Here is a list of ingredients that you can mix and match to make this recipe with anything you have lying around in the fridge.
