Eating Veggies Will Shed Extra Weight

I hope you’re eating a lot of veggies in the new year. I love veggies because they have nutrients like antioxidants. That may sound boring, but to me it sounds like gold. 

Antioxidants keep your body from aging and keep your skin from aging too. We need antioxidants to deal with all of the toxins and stress that we deal with everyday. I am constantly stressed out and putting stress on my body through what I eat and how I have fun. 

That is why I eat a lot of fruits veggies, herbs and I do a 10 Day Detox every year. It makes feel energized. I am exposed to a lot of toxins through beauty products to plastics. These toxins are bad for your health, for your energy level and they make you hold onto extra weight.
