Here is a salad recipe to help you remove some of that extra fat in your body with fiber. Did you know fiber acts like a broom & sweeps out your digestive tract? This salad also contains cilantro, which is high in antioxidants. We all need extra antioxidants after those late nights and extra sugary drinks. Antioxidants protect our bodies from feeling fatigued and run down.
